Right To Education (RTE) Act 2009 – Under the RTE Act, the government provides free education to children who come from the weaker section. In all RTE School, 25% seats are reserved for RTE Admission. Parents who come under the weaker section can send their children to a good Private School for free. It helps to get a good education for poor children. Entry-level under RTE Act is 1st to 8th Class. This means children can get free education up to 8th Class. Parents can also apply for RTE Rajasthan Admission 2020-2021 through Android Mobile Application. Department also provides free Mobile App to apply for Free Admission in Private School. Eligibility Criteria

• Parents must be permanent residents of Rajasthan.
• Parents have their house near RTE Private School (बालक प्राइवेट स्कूल के आस-पास के एरिया में निवास करने वाला होना चाहिये).
• बालक दुर्बल वर्ग या असुविधाग्रस्त  वर्ग से होना चाहिये |
• Family Annual Income should be less than Rs. 2.5 Lakh.
• Children’s come from BPL family are eligible for RTE 25% Scholarship.

How To Apply For RTE Admission Rajasthan 2020-21 Online Application Form [New Registration]

• First of all, you need to visit the official website of RTE Rajasthan i.e rte.raj.nic.in .
• Now click on “Student Registration (छात्र रजिस्ट्रेशन)” link.
• After that click on Online Apply (ऑनलाइन आवेदन) link.
• Now fill General Details (सामान्य जानकारी).
• Select School for Registration (आवेदन के लिए स्कूल चयन करे).
• Recheck your details and submit the application form (आवेदन पूर्वदर्शन व सुनिश्चयन करे).

Note – Parents can select upto 15 Schools in their area.

“दुर्बलवर्ग” के बालकों के प्रवेश हेतु आवश्यथक दस्तावेज:-

• अभिभावक की वार्षिक आय 2.50 लाख रुपये तक होने का प्रमाण-पत्र.
• बालक / अभिभावक का निवास सम्बन्धी प्रमाण-पत्र.
• बालक की आयु सम्बन्धी दस्तावेज.

“असुविधाग्रस्त समूह” के बालकों के प्रवेश हेतु आवश्यक दस्तावेज:-

• बालक/अभिभावक का अनुसूचित जाति / जन जाति प्रमाण-पत्र.

अथवा

• अनाथ आश्रम द्वारा बालक के अनाथ होने की घोषणा.

अथवा

• एचआईवी/केंसर से प्रभावित होने की रजिस्टर्ड डाइग्नोस्टिक केन्द्र की रिपोर्ट.

अथवा

• युद्ध विधवा के सम्बन्ध में जारी प्रमाण पत्र.

अथवा

• विशेष आवश्यकता वाले (नि:शक्तकजन) बालकों के लिए सक्षम स्तर से जारी प्रमाण पत्र.

अथवा

• पिछड़ा वर्ग / विशेष पिछड़ा वर्ग के अभिभावक की वार्षिक आय 1.00 लाख रुपये तक होने का प्रमाण-पत्र.
